How the Flexi-Day Works
Here is a guide example to help illustrate how our system works in practice (note the scheduling of activities in the programme is determined at the start of each academic year and booked through an online portal called SOCS so this is just an illustration). You can use our fee calculator to plan what might work for you and what that would cost.

Johnny is a Flexi-Day pupil and his parents have organised his week to suit his interests and when they wish to collect him each day.
Here’s Johnny’s bespoke timetable of activities and collection points each week. You will see he stays on to play sports fixtures for the school on Wednesdays in his year group and there is no charge for a Flexi-Day pupil being in school to play in a fixture. That’s because we want to encourage all children to have the opportunity to represent the school. (Johnny could also stay for extra ad hoc sessions of childcare during the term which would be charged on a session basis).
